Spiral ladder stakeout
The surveying and mapping data required for spiral staircase stakeout are mainly the plane size of the staircase and the elevation of each part; according to the stakeout data, it is necessary to be able to draw the plan of the civil engineering and the finished surface of the staircase, and also to draw each elevation (including the stair barrage) inside and outside).
First of all, carefully digest the drawings, including the civil engineering drawings and decoration design drawings of the stairs, and calculate the width (including inner and outer sides) and height of each step from the civil engineering drawings; understand the large samples of stair steps and barrages through the decoration design drawings.

The method of measuring the planar dimension of the spiral staircase is to select as many points as possible to project the edge contours of the staircase civil works onto the ground through the plumb-weight hanging wire on the ground, and then according to the size of the node diagram, the completed surface line of the outer (and inner) stone of the barrage is placed on the ground. When the ground is released, considering the civil engineering error, the arc can be made to transition as smoothly as possible during the process of finishing the surface line, and the finishing surface can be made with as few arcs as possible to ensure the decorative effect.
Determine the starting point and end point of each segment of rotation on the inner and outer surface lines, and use the platform as a division. When determining the starting point and end point, the intersection point between the completed surface line of the step riser and the inner side of the barrage should be used as the dividing point. Normally, only The uppermost level and the lowermost level of the stairs need to be considered. If the civil engineering steps are not standard, it is necessary to negotiate with the construction personnel to determine a reasonable starting point and ending point during the construction process.
To determine the elevation, the height of the floor is measured according to the horizontal line. If there is a platform between the floors, the elevation of the platform needs to be determined. (Divide the step height of each level according to the elevation, and the obtained step height needs to meet whether the civil construction steps are sufficient; it is best to make all the step heights consistent, if not, at least ensure that the step heights of each run are consistent) Draw according to the measured data The drawing of the completed surface of the staircase decoration, the plan includes the barrage and the completed surface of the steps, it is best to draw the basic line of the civil works on the same drawing; the elevation should also be completely drawn, and there is also a large sample diagram of the nodes; If the stairs also need to process handrails or vase columns and closing columns, they should also be drawn together.
Reasonable determination of the part plan of the stairway barrage, the plan and elevation are combined to divide the parts, and the general rule is to divide the parts according to the steps, one by two steps or one by three steps; according to our company’s conventional practice, the barrage To run one step forward, the purpose is to ensure that the height of the river barrage at the platform is consistent with the height of the river barrage at the climbing point. The height of the river barrage at the climbing point is the vertical height of the inner cover plate at the junction of the side plate and the vertical plate.
The treatment of the stair closure, the treatment of the stair closure is the key point and the difficulty, especially at the interface between the inner barrage and the platform, due to the relatively large height change, the sharp turn, and the difficulty of processing, we must carefully consider it when setting out and put the closure Carefully communicate the processing plan with the construction personnel. Even if our design is reasonable, if the installation is not according to our intention during construction, problems will occur. Therefore, we must communicate in advance to ensure the consistency of processing and construction.
