Q: When will you arrange the production?

A: We usually arrange the shipment immediately after receiving your advance payment if we have these marbles slabs in stock. For those finished stone products or customized products for projects, we could finish order within 2 weeks as our loading time after we receive the deposit.

Q: What is your accepted payment type?

A: Wire transfer (TT).

Q: What logistic forwarder do you usually work with?

A: We work with local reliable logistic companies. Assigned your own forwarder for shipment is available.

Q: What if the stone products cracks or broken when I receive it?

A: The possibility of this condition is very few. Once it happened before you open the container due to some reasons in the process of transportation, unless force majeure (like earthquake, tsunami, pirate and so on), we could offer 100% compensation for those losses.

Q: Could you produce marble products with different thickness?

A: Yes, we could customize the thickness of marbles and granites slabs and tiles as per your need, only if your quantity is good for our factory to make customize.

Q: Could you do fumigation for the wooden of our products?

A: Yes, we could do fumigation for the wooden of ready-to-ship stones, and provide fumigation certificate if it is needed.
