Marble Case | Top Class Apartments in Jakarta, Indonesia

The project consists of two towers of different heights – named Monteverde and Terraverde. The architectural design is in the charge of American architect Johnson Fain. The vertical architectural appearance brings the most straightforward and original impact to the vision, overlooking the surrounding building height, allowing residents to enjoy the 270 degree scenery of Jakarta’s urban skyline.

From the entrance hall, you can feel the world-class luxury and first-class quality of VERDETWO.
The classical marble columns, which rise from the ceiling to the ground, are decorated with luxurious European designer sofas, and the walls are decorated with batik copper plated screens. The exquisite texture of white marble and the floor, paired with dark gold, creates a delicate balance between magnificence and refinement.

Sky Lounge

A certain distance between the West Tower Monteverde and the East Tower Terraverde ensures that the two towers do not affect each other’s sunlight and ventilation. Each household has an outdoor terrace, allowing residents to have a sky outdoor rest space at home. The interior design of the apartment is also undertaken by Yabu Pushelberg Studio.

The oversized corner windows and elevated ceilings first establish the overall visual experience of an open and spacious interior, with neutral tones predominating. The living room floor is made of imported marble, with different color blocks forming the color of the carpet. In a calm space, it opens up a lively rest area. The soft furnishings and collocation are rich but not complicated, creating the warmth of the European style of home decoration.

Landscape design is a way to enhance people’s happiness, convey their understanding of life and yearning for a better life, and respond to and integrate architecture. SWA fully considers the interrelationship between people, nature, and architecture in VERDE TWO.
