The reason why the above fire door and water well door stone collapsed is that there are problems in the design of fire door and water well door. Most of these fire doors are processed by skimming the bottom, and because of the sharp corners formed after skimming the bottom, the fire doors and water well doors will collapse under a little force when they are opened and closed. It is not difficult to understand this truth from the analysis of the CAD drawings in Figures 6 에게 9.

Figure 6 is a right-angle form without bottom-skimming processing. This right-angle form is not easy for stone materials to collapse and drop corners; Figure 7 is a form with a 64° angle. In this case, the sharp angle is not very sharp and it is not very easy. Edge collapse and corner drop; Figure 8 is the form of a 45° angle. In this case, the sharp corner is a bit sharp, and the stone is easy to collapse and drop corners; The corners are sharper, and the stone is easy to chip and lose corners. As the angle of the bottom of the stone becomes smaller and smaller, it is easier to collapse and drop corners.

The design of fire doors and water well doors is based on the principles shown in Figure 6 to Figure 9 to avoid too sharp corners. As long as the fire doors and water well doors are blunt, the edge collapse of fire doors and water well doors can be reduced, and even the gap between fire doors and water well doors can be eliminated. The collapse of the well door occurred.

Several forms of fire doors and well doors:

(1) Direct touch

This kind of fire door and water well door has a simple form and does not need any processing. This form of edge processing is best to grind 1*1 edges on the surface.

The hypotenuse direct contact type fire door and water well door are originally better forms of fire door and water well door. Unfortunately, this form of fire door and water well door is rarely seen in domestic buildings. In order to reduce the edge chipping of this stone, you can grind a small round edge of R5 or a small bevel edge of 5*5 at the sharp corner, which can effectively reduce the edge chipping and corner drop of the stone.

Leaving 5mm bottom and skimming oblique touch type is a little better than the fire door and water well door in Figure 15. It is better to leave a seam of more than 1mm between the two stone materials, which can effectively reduce the number of waterproof doors and water well doors. Figure 20 and Figure 21 are less used fire doors, but they are a very good form of fire doors and water well doors, with strong three-dimensional effect and good decorative effect. The most important thing is that this kind of fire door and water well door will not collide at all when they are opened and closed, so the stone will not collapse or drop corners.
